Customer Service by Phone: For your convenience, our professional customer service representatives can be reached from 10AM PST - 6PM PST Monday through Saturday and from 12PM PST to 5PM PST Sunday at 866-240-0600. In order to provide the highest level of customer support to each customer, if we are not able to answer your call within 1 minute, you will be asked to leave a message and we will return your call within 1 hour during the above hours of operations.
Gift wrapping is available as an option at check out.
RETURNS/REFUNDS If for any reason you are not satisfied with your selections, prior to opening, you can send it to our On-Line Support department for a complete refund. Please enclose a copy of the invoice with the reason for the return.
