The least processed of teas; our green teas are primarily from the finest gardens in Japan and China. Japanese green teas evoke a delicate balance of sweet and marine notes from the ocean. Japanese teas are steamed to prevent further oxidation. Some rare Japanese teas are grown in the shade to heighten the effects of photosynthesis which in turn infuses the delicate leaves with rare antioxidants found only in these premium teas. Chinese green teas evoke more of earthy note and are wok fired to retain their vital green state.
